New Build Electrician, Wellington & Lower Hutt
Ginger Electrics does new-build electrical for homes and commercial properties across Wellington and Lower Hutt. The work runs from the first plan to final inspection. Before starting the business, Shane spent three years on large-scale Wellington new builds. You get a reliable, efficient system suited to the property.
New build electrical, domestic and commercial
A new house and a new commercial building need different systems. Each one is designed around how the property will be used. For a home, that means lighting, power and circuits for the appliances you've chosen.
Planning, installation and final inspection
Planning and design put the electrical on the drawings with the rest of the build. Installation follows: cables while the framing is open, fittings once the walls are lined. At final inspection, Shane checks the finished job before sign-off.
New-build experience
Shane trained in the UK on a four-year apprenticeship, across residential and commercial work. After a year transferring his qualifications, he became NZ-registered. The rest of his story is on the About page.
